General Terms and Conditions
Standard terms and conditions of delivery and payment for greenhouse accessories
1. Please use the online order form for your order, send us an e-mail, a fax, or give us a call.
2. If the contract value is equal to or exceeds 150.00 EUR, the shipment - including costs for postage and packaging – will be ‘free at domicile’ within the Federal Republic of Germany (does not apply to hollow-design boards).
3. If the contract value is less than 150.00 EUR, costs for postage and packaging will amount to 5.75 EUR for shipments within the Federal Republic of Germany (does not apply to hollow-design boards).
4. If the contract value is less than 15.00 EUR, we charge 5.75 EUR for postage and packaging and additionally a minimum quantity price supplement of 4.00 EUR.
5. The shipment will be carried out via postal services, DHL, GLS or a shipping agency. Each shipment is covered by a shipping insurance.
6. If your order was damaged in postal shipping, this damage must be reported and recorded immediately / within 7 days at the responsible post branch office. In the case of a shipping deterioration in transit, we need the waybill including the damage confirmation by the driver within 4 days.
7. Deficiencies of the delivered goods must be reported in writing within 2 weeks upon delivery. This does not apply to latent defects, however.
8. Prices are final prices. We reserve the right of design and price adjustments. Please select one of the 7 modes of payment:

9. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT (19 %). VAT will be indicated on the invoice separately.
10. We reserve the right of ownership of the goods pending full payment of the purchase price.
11. Our delivery times are ca 3 to 4 working days or according agreement. Sale and shipping of our goods ex Bielefeld/Germany exclusively.
Revocation instruction
12. Right of revocation
You have the right to withdraw your contract declaration in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within a period of 14 days or – if the goods are delivered before the deadline – also withdraw by returning the goods. The term begins at the earliest with the reception of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our obligations according to item 246 § 2 in connection mit § 1 paragrahp 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g paragraph 1 clause 1 BGB in connection with item 246 § 3 EGBGB. For adherence to the term of withdrawal, the timely sending of your cancellation or of the goods is sufficient. Cancellation is to be sent:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation, the services received on both sides shall be returned and possible benefits thereof (e.g. interests) shall be surrendered. If the received services cannot be refunded totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry the cost to the extent of reduced value. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the use or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. The term "assessment and the characteristics” means the testing and evaluation of the current item, as it is practicable and accepted in the store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the normal costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40,00 EUR, or if you have achieved a higher price of the item at the time of revocation or yet have adduced an equivalent partial payment as contractually agreed. Otherwise, the return of goods is cost-free for you. Non transportable goods will be picked up at your address. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The deadline begins for your with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with the reception of the item.
End of revocation instructions
13. If returning goods that have been paid, return of payment shall be carried out via bank transfer (orders of 40.00 EUR and more incl. costs for postage and packaging). Please state bank address, BLZ (bank identification code), and account number.
14. Notes regarding the forwarding to foreign countries:

15. It is agreed that Bielefeld shall be the place of delivery and payment. Exclusive place of jurisdiction as agreed shall be Bielefeld for both parties, if the customer is general merchant.
16. German laws shall apply for this contract and the entire legal relationship of both parties, excluding application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should the individual conditions of this contract be or become ineffective in any of its points, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining points.
