Standard terms and conditions of delivery and payment for greenhouse accessories

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity at Hunecke-Zubehoer!

Is there a minimum quantity price supplement?
Yes, there is. If the contract value is less than 15.00 EUR, we charge a minimum quantity price supplement of 3.00 EUR.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are 5.25 EUR per order, regardless of the quantity of ordered items (does not apply to hollow-design boards). Each shipment is covered by a shipping insurance.

Are there cost-free shipments?
Yes, there are. If the contract value is equal to or exceeds 150.00 EUR, the shipment is FREE AT DOMICILE (does not apply to hollow-design boards and shipments to the EU, Liechtenstein and Switzerland). These shipments are covered by the transport insurance as well.

What are the types of payment?
Within Germany, you have the choice of five types of payment:

    1) Payment in advance into the following account:

    2) Upon delivery/cash on delivery (COD fee 7.50 EUR)
    3) Payment by automatic debit transfer:
        The one-time direct debit authorization is only valid for the respective order.
        The product will be shipped after payment is received!
    4) Payment by PayPal
        Safe and fast payment and immediate shipment of the product!
    5) Payment by immediate debit transfer
        Safe and fast payment and immediate shipment of the product!

Orders from foreign countries are subject to an advance payment or via PayPal; for Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom, payment via immediate transfer is also possible.

What is a payment by immediate debit transfer?
By means of the immediate debit transfer, you may shop at more than 8,000 online shops and pay your shopping basket comfortably and easy with your online banking account (of your principal bank). You simply require the account number, bank identification code, PIN, and TAN. The product will be shipped immediately after payment. As our customer, this service is free for you. You do not have to register yourself. The TÜV-verified transaction processing safety of immediate transfers is safer than online banking (you are protected against financial losses, data abuse, IN/TAN abuse, Phishing, and Pharming).

How fast will the order be processed and delivered?
We always do our best to deliver as fast as possible. The merchandise should normally arrive within ca 3 – 4 working days. A delivery according to agreement is possible too.

All articles offered in this shop (exceptions: bubble insulating film and hollow-design boards) will be shipped via DHL/GLS to the following countries:
